East Yancey Water and Sewer District Wastewater Collection & Treatment System
Dear Mr. Buckner:
On June 25, 2014, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application requesting a 401
Water Quality Certification from the Division for the subject project. The Division has determined that your
application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following
information is received:
The Division requires four (4) complete application packages, Including the appropriate fee, to
begin the proper consideration of an application (pursuant to 15A NCAC 02H .0502 and G.S. 143-
215.3). We received a CD and a letter indicating that one hard copy had been sent to the Asheville
Regional Office Please submit two hardcopies of the complete application package to the address
below.
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested Information
for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received in writing
at the address below within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter, the Division will be unable to process
the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the
Division for approval, Including a complete application package and the appropriate fee
