Description of protects area and activity Replace existing 42" and 15" gravity sewer lines and install a 12' wide permanent access road between Riverside Drive and the existing East Burlington Wastewater Treatment Plant, including five distinct crossings (projects): 1) Crossing I (Stream Impact 1) requires the permanent discharge of fill material into 35 linear feet (0.01 acre) of stream channel. 2) Crossing 2 (Stream Impact 2) requires the permanent discharge of fill material into 18 linear feet (0.004 acre) of stream channel. 3) Crossing 3 (Stream Impacts 3a and 3b) require the temporary discharge of dredged material into 25 linear feet (0.001 acre) of stream channel and the permanent discharge of fill material into 8 linear feet (0.001 acre) of stream channel. 4) Crossing _4 (Wetland impacts la -c and Stream Impact 4) requires the permanent discharge of fill material into 0.2467 acre of wetlands and 37 linear feet (0.001 acre) of stream channel, the temporary discharge of dredged material into a total of 0.1589 acre of wetlands, and 0.1185 acre of permanent conversion from forested to herbaceous wetland. 5) Crossing 5 (Wetland Impacts 2a -0 requires the permanent discharge of fill material into 0.0532 acre of wetland 2, the temporary discharge of dredged material into a total of 0.0.0568 acre of Wetland 2, and 0.0064 acre of permanent conversion from forested to herbaceous wetland. This verification will remain valid until the expiration date identified below unless the nationwide authorization is modified, suspended or revoked If, prior to the expiration date identified below, the nationwide permit authorization is reissued and/or modified, this verification will remain valid until the expiration date identified below, provided it complies with all requirements of the modified nationwide permit.
