I see it was originally sent to us last year and was returned on November 15, 2021. As stated in that return letter once an application is returned, in order for the project to move forward there would need to be a new application and a new review fee to begin the process anew. Ryan has explained the need for this to move quickly. Several things have happened since your original application was submitted that is going to affect how quickly we are able to expedite. The main one would be that this project as a NW3 needing written approval is now subject to a 30-day Public Notice. We can use the original pre-filing information to meet the Pre-Filing requirement and I can use the information that has been sent to Ryan as the application in this one instance in an effort to push this project through as quickly as time allows. Manually pushing through the paperwork will mean you will also receive an automated email from our system when everything is entered into our BIMS database and Laserfiche repository as well as an email requesting the review fee. I will still need from you the okay to use the WBS Element from the original paperwork 17BP.7.R.138 to charge the review fee of $240.00 or an alternate payment to be arranged in order for the project to be officially released to the reviewer for approvals to be compiled. An email reply confirming which WBS Element Number to use is sufficient for that purpose. 1 I can send out the Public Notice today based on the information we have knowing that you can obtain the fee information I need as the project is awaiting the comment period end date. The project will be on hold from review in our system until the fee information is submitted and the review fee is paid. Please add me to your list of contacts as the administrator for Transportation Permitting Projects as all applications and front-end paperwork must be properly received by admin in the Central Office to be considered received. I am always available for assistance to help with these items. I believe this is one of the bridges that they really want 2 completed asap. Do you think you could make this one priority? Recap: this project we submitted some time ago and was told to submit a new PCN in lieu of impact summaries and site specified on the plans...the ROW has been purchased and I believe nothing else is holding it from proceeding. DWR has also issued a NW3 a while back as well. Let me know your thoughts.
