Attached is the site plan and agent authorization we discussed

The pipe that was in the original Figure 5 is actually installed and not on the property. The pipe to be installed is a pipe beneath the impact area to
promote flow beneath the impact. Mr. King would like to bury the pipe 6" (if not possible it will be placed on the surface based on Dave Bailey's request)
The attached Figure 5 replaces the one in the original application packet.
