A first BMP inspection was completed on Mon 5/23/22 during sampling process; a second inspection was completed on Wed 6/15/22. We could not identify any potential root causes to Cu or TSS exceedances based on ground conditions. However, SDO-4 needs the be mowed around the sampling area.
