Hey Barrett,
After reading over the Raleigh Farm construction complete information, I am seeing that the
Raleigh Farm Sites were planted in late February. That was 4 months ago and I'm suspecting
that being able to observe planted stems on an As -Built site walk will be nearly impossible.
None -the -less, I'm going to work on logistics for a site visit, but if planted stems cannot be
confirmed onsite at the density required in the mitigation plan, Restoration Systems will be
required to perform site -wide transects (at least equal to the number of the plots) and provide
documentation (content to be determined) to DWR for review prior to issuance of a credit
release.
I am just giving you a heads up of what to expect if DWR staff are unable to verify with certainty,
that the Planting Plan was implemented according to the approved Plan. Other parts of the
Restoration Plan should still be able to be observed onsite (easement marking, plot installation,
disking, ripping, removal of haul roads, fescue treatment, etc).

Three things:
1. 1 uploaded the attached corrected White Farm post construction memo to laserfiche this
morning. The CE document and Survey are already uploaded. We changed Conservation
Easement Area 1 to match the 8.11 acres show on the final survey as discussed in the field

yesterday.
2. 1 also uploaded the Raleigh post construction memos, attached to laserfiche the end of last
week, I think they are now posted.
3. Can you see if you can get us the Weaver Credit release ASAP as we are losing credit sales.
