Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection Report for the inspection
we conducted at the Wilkinson Boulevard Facility on February 3rd, 2022. Please note that in the
stormwater inspection report summary we ask that you produce a stormwater pollution prevention
plan with all missing sections as outlined in the report. Additionally, qualitative and analytical
monitoring must be conducted per permit and records must be kept and made available for future
inspections. An inspection will be conducted on April 51' 2022 to follow up on this inspection and
ensure compliance.
