The scope for the cleanup is restricted to changes which will not increase or decrease regulatory burdens. •Part A of the project is a set of ten rules which fall under the narrow scope of NC G.S. §150B- 21.5(a)(5) typographical errors. •Part A typographical errors will not require going to notice, hosting a public hearing, or review by the Rules Review Commission (RRC). They are eligible for codification following approval by the Environmental Management Commission (EMC). •Part B of the project is anticipated to be presented as an action item for the September 2022 Air Quality Committee (AQC) meeting.
