AMMONIA -NITROGEN COMPLIANCE SCHEDULE PROGRESS REPORT
Dear Mr. Scheller
This is to notify NCDEQ that WSACC applied for an authorization to construct (ATC) for the
RRRWWTP Expansion to 30 MGD by submitting application form, calculations, and final design
documents to NCDEQ on March 3, 2022 The ATC was reviewed and approved on April 27,
2022. Submittal of ATC with final design documents meets schedule deadline number 3 as
listed in the compliance schedule of paragraph A(7) of the NPDES permit NC0036269. WSACC is
currently working towards the next milestone of the compliance schedule, which includes
issuing a Notice to Proceed and commence construction.
