Impact 2: This impact is required for meet City of Durham Open space requirements that include an internal trail connection through the property. The impact to the buffer is being minimized by crossing the stream at a location based on topography that is in accordance with trail construction specifications, as well as the installation of headwalls at the ends of the proposed culvert in, place of flared end sections. Silt fence and, tree protection fencing will be placed along the edge of the impact to minimize silt run off. Impact 3: This impact is required to serve the site with Public Sanitary Sewer.
