In response to your dated June 16, 2014 and received by the applicant on June 20th, please find
attached a completed agent authorization form and NC document filings for "RKM Cary, LLC" a sister
company of RKM Development Corporation, Inc We request the approval be written to "RKM Cary,
LLC - RKM Development Corporation, Inc " for transparency in the party responsible for the
development and permitted impacts I will hand deliver four copies of this document to the central
office later this morning and one copy to the regional office Please don't hesitate to let me know if
you require any additional information
PS The application was submitted on June 6th, and we did not receive your request for more
information dated June 10th until June 20th Next time it would be extremely helpful to me if you could
email me a copy of the letter or better yet simply email me an email request for simple matters such
as this and avoid having to spend your limited time and resources to write and mail the letter I could
have returned the information in a matter of a few hours instead of the two plus weeks that this
process took My understanding was that an application for a request such as this did not require
agent authorization I'm still a bit unclear how it's required, but that's fine, I'll be sure to include them
in the future.
