Yates Allen was present during a portion of the inspection. I also spoke with Keith Gilpin and TK. The following are items that need attention: - ~ Station 78+62 LT - Coir fiber matting needed on stream bank. - ~ Station 140-142+00 - Stabilize banks of JS and stormwater outlet. Remove stone from stream. - ~ Station 237+00 - Stabilize slopes above JS. Remove sediment and gravel from stream. - ~ Station 284+00 - Remove sediment and stone from JS. Stabilize exposed soil. NPDES records were not available during the inspection. Stablize all areas adjacent to stream and remove any sediment that has left the site. Condition #21 states, "Erosion and sediment control practices must be in full compliance with all specifications governing the proper design, installation and operation and maintenance of such Best Management Practices in order to protect surface waters standards [15A NCAC 02H.0506(b)(3) and (c)(3])" Erosion Control measures were not in place at 5 locations.
