Colleen, I know that you are incredibly busy, but I need to check back on this one. The Town of Cary is requesting confirmation from NC Division of Water Resources. Please review the below details and attached and let me know if you have any questions. Additionally, please let us know if this notification of the change in impact amounts is sufficient or if something additional is required by the NCDWR or USACE. Thank you, DEBORAH E. When they completed their "As-builts" for the project, they noticed a discrepancy in the riparian buffer impacts. The change in the impacts per the project engineer are due to a construction staking issue where the site was staked out approximately 4' to the west of where it was designed. The discrepancies are shown on the attached submitted impact exhibits with the redlines to denote the changes (increase or decrease) in each impact area. We have also provided the As -built Impact maps based on the surveyors clearing limits and site shift. The riparian buffer discrepancy net totals are the following: Zone 1- net increase 318 SF (Impact Areas #1, 2, 5) Zone 2 - net decrease 30 sf (Impact Areas #1, 2, 3, 5) I have also included James Lastinger and attached the 404 Nationwide Permit. The staking shift decreased the overall wetland impacts by the amount denoted below: Wetlands - decreased by 178 sf (Impact Area #1) Please let us know if this notification of the change in impact amounts is sufficient or if something additional is required by the NCDWR or USACE.
