Please find enclosed: • Fast Track Sewer System Extension Application • Flow Tracking/Acceptance Form • Existing Permit No. WQ0039913-Modified • Figure 1 — Aerial and Contour Map • A $480.00 check for the standard processing fee Durham County is requesting a permit modification to reflect the following: Modify the firm capacity to 6.5 MGD. The previous permit modification was to increase the acceptable flow to 7.5 MGD using 2 pumps, however after further evaluation, the firm capacity has been determined to be 6.5 MGD using 2 pumps. This permit revision is intended to account for this variance in station output. We have also determined that the Average Daily Flow (ADF) into the station is lower than previously thought. Durham County requests authorization to revise the firm capacity and reduce the current ADF to accept additional flow.
