In response: • 1 do not have additional project drawings other than what was provided. I did not get a topo survey done since it is site specific work, e.g., 100' of eroded bank on a meander bend. • Rocks will be from a quarry looking something like 4' long x 3' wide x 1' thick, large enough to stay in place in Tucker Creek, and logs will be from the site, probably pines, no larger than 16 inch diameter at breast height (dbh) and long enough to meet the design criteria for the channel. • The work will occur in the wet, disturbing the channel as little as possible. • Success monitoring will include photos taken from photo points following large rainfall events during the first year, then annually for three years, then periodic visits to the site in following years. • The attached NCWRC letter states that the trout spawning moratorium for brown trout is required for this project. I hope this is helpful. brady Brady N. Please provide the following information: • Project drawings — hard copy and electronic, if available • Rock and log sizing for vanes Will you be conducting in- stream work in the wet? What success monitoring is planned? We will normally require quarterly visual monitoring for one year or two bankfull events (whichever is longer). Please discuss any WRC moratorium limitations.
