infringe within the buffer, wetland�or water prior to,any land distufIJ1hg,activiti'es to ensure
coMpliance with 15 NCAC 02H'.050&.
4. This approval is for the, purpose and design described "in your,applicati'on. The plans an -d
specifications -for this project are incorporated by reference as -part of'the Certificati'on,and
Buffer Authorization. If you change'your project, -you °must,notifythe Division and you maybe
required to submit•a new,applicationpackage with,the appropriate fee. If theproperty'is sold,
the new owner must be�given a copy,of this approval letter and General 'Certification and is
responsible for comp'lying�with all conditions.
5. This approval, and' its conditions are final.andbinding' unless contested.
This Certification and Buffer Authorization, can'be contested as provid�ed4_in Articles 3; and4of
General Statute 1506 by filing a written petition for an administrative; hearing to the Office of
Administrative Hearings (hereby known',as OAH): A petition form maybe obtain_�ed from the OAH

Within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of'this,notice, a petition rnustibefiled,with the,OAH:.A
