15 JPlease use this space to provide any additional information about this low density project:
Ditch #3 and Ditch #5 exceed the 5 % allowable longitudinal slope as a result of existing topography in conjunction with
limitations resulting from the orientation of proposed buildable lots. These ditches will have permanent check dams installed to
reduce flow velocities and encourage infiltration. Ditch #5 also exceeds the allowable flow velocity and as such will be reinforced
with a permanent erosion control matting to protect the channel.
