The purpose of the PCN I submitted yesterday was to obtain the proper 401 certification and written concurrence from
DWR for the 250 linear feet of shoulder repair and bank stabilization that we met on last Friday located on SR 1122
Hydeland road adjacent the Hydeland Canal off Juniper Bay in Hyde County. I received an inquiry from kyle with a
question about the reported open water impacts under 4.f. This is an auto populated cell in the application and I
assumed it would have included the units but it does not. So as a point of clarification the value of 1,500 reported under
4.f. is the square feet of permanent open water impact. This calculates to 0.03-acres. Also, I had a thought after
submitting the PCN that I should have attached the PMR that I submitted back in April for the entire project which
included the 250’ covered by the aforementioned CAMA GP so I have attached that to this email as well. Please let me
know if you need anything else.
