We received your request to modify this construction stormwater permit. We can add this information to the file
through the Modification process, but it will not update the project address for the permit record, nor will it generate a
new COC with the correct address. If you need to have a new COC with the correct address, you can rescind this one
(submit a Notice of Termination) and then submit a new eNOI with the correction. We can waive the fee for that
because you identified the mistake within 60 days of getting the original permit (6/2/2022), so we will just apply that
original payment.
Otherwise, we just add this to the current file. Please let us know how you prefer to proceed.
