Please consider this a formal notification of Synagro's plans to land!apply residuals from the
Town of Holly Springs' Utley Creek WWTP onto sites in Harnett County, owned by
Ronald Hall, Joseph Andrews and Glenn Currin. This is the first land 'application event to
these sites, as the permit was modified on 4/9/2010.
This notification is in accordance with Synagro Central LLC's Land Application of Residual
Solids Permit No. WQ0019098, issued by NCDENR-DWQ. Section I. i 1. states, "the
Aquifer Protection Section of the appropriate Division's regional office shall be notified at
least 24 hours prior to the initial residuals land application event on any new land application
site".
