Good morning Ryan,

I was discussing this project with Jerry and Tim Powers and wanted to know if we could have this permit
expedited as the division LET date has passed. I believe this is one of the bridges that they really want
completed asap. Do you think you could make this one priority? Recap: this project we submitted some time
ago and was told to submit a new PCN in lieu of impact summaries and site specified on the plans...the ROW
has been purchased and I believe nothing else is holding it from proceeding. DWR has also issued a NW3 a
while back as well.
