SUBJECT: Revised Plan Submittal
TP, Inc. / Oceanaire Subdivision
Pender County
Walton Engineering, on behalf of TP, Inc. is submitting a revised plan for Oceanaire subdivision. The revisions are in
response to comments from DWQ stormwater section. Level spreaders have been added to the site plans to sheet flow storm water into
the wetlands. The tota1404 Wetland impacts for the entire project are now proposed to be 0.311 ac (13,563 sq ft). This is an increase
of 2,454 sq ft from the previously submitted plans.
