drainage systems and discharged outside the buffers. Approximately 0.09 acres of the proposed project will be discharged directly into North Prong
Bay River through an existing catch basin and outfall pipe that is being retained. The project contains three (3) outfalls in addition to the one
discussed above. Outfall #1 is located right of -L- Sta. 11 +30 and discharges onto a riprap pad into a wetland (note that Gass B np -rap is proposed at
the outlet is claimed as a wetland impact). Outfall #2 is left of -L- Sta. 12 +25 onto a riprap pad at natural ground Outfall #3 is a tail ditch at 0.30% left
of -L- Sta. 17 +45 that ends just short of an existing wetland.

You are correct since Pamlico 24 is in Coastal Waters WRC defers to DMF for the moratorium call.

Travis:
Just want to confirm that NCDMF makes the call on moratorium (if necessary) on Pamlico 24, because they were sent
the same notification and responded with no comments. So I can assume we are clear on this one. Thanks,
Maria
