Inspection Summary:
Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on June 22, 2022. Jimmy Ownby
and Josh Surret were present during the inspection.
Sediment has been removed from the stream. No additional remediation is required. Coir fiber matting has been
installed along the banks around the headwalls.
- Recommend adding a measure at the end of the haul road before the culvert outlet on the south side of the culvert.
- Recommend adding cover to any exposed slopes adjacent to the headwalls before rain events and at the end of the
work day.
