The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an reconnaissance inspection of the proposed single
family residence wastewater irrigation at 901 Old Fayetteville Road in Chapel Hill. On May 11, 2022, Dorothy
Robson from the Raleigh Regional Office visited the property located at 901 Old Fayetteville Road regarding the
Nondischarge Permit WQ0015586. No development of the treatment system was observed on-site.
