This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NCG530156. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled ''Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. David Allen assisted with the inspection and provided sample results as required the permit. The facility appeared well operated and maintained and compliant with Permit NCG530156 at the time of the inspection. Permitee was aware of the new sampling requirements in the revised permit and has indicated he will follow them. Mr. Allen stated that the facility is currently operating with reduced fish populations relative to previous inspections and feed rate is less than 5,000 Ibs/mo.
