The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on. January
8, 2019. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement
for the lagoon at Kinlaw Nursery #1, #2, #3 facility. Due to the amounts of treatment volume
available, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31, 2021 for
the lagoon. !'
The next sludge survey for the lagoon at Kinlaw Nursery #1, #2, #3 should be performed before
