There is some indication of unstable slopes in the area and these should be inspected and /or repaired as necessary to ensure sediment is not transported to the stream. It was determined that areas planted for buffer restoration do not match the areas indicated in the authorization documentation. Please bring this location in compliance with the permit drawings associated with the November 8, 2013 modification. You may delay buffer planting until the appropriate planting season, however the stream banks should be stabilized with temporary vegetation as needed at thistime. Please note that continued protection of all replanted buffer areas is essential in order to remain in compliance with the conditions of DWC#13 -0512. An inspection will be scheduled for 2015 to verify that all replanted areas have remained protected and that vegetation growth continuesto be successful.
