Project Location: 824 N Anderson Blvd., adj. to Banks Channel, Topsail Beach, Pender County
Proposed Project: The applicant proposes to remove remnants of an old pier, remove an existing
concrete boat ramp, install a new section of bulkhead fill approximately 6454 sqft.
of "404" type wetlands (bulkhead backfill) and install titvo (2) separate
piers/docking facilities, creating a total of nine (9) boat slips.
