Hi Amanda and Andrew -
I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Givens Highland Farms Campus Redevelopment Phase
2 project, which proposes to permanently impact 7 ft and temporarily impact 30 ft unnamed tributaries to the
Swannanoa River in Buncombe County.
The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for this project. Thank you for
allowing me the opportunity to review these projects.
