I am finalizing the COC and issuance letter before I leave today. Since Bradley and I are both out much of the rest of the year, we'd prefer to sign and issue the final permit on Monday, January 6`h, when we are both back in the office. Will that date work for you all? Bradley returns before than I do (January 2 "d), if for some reason it needs to be issued, that week prior. Please advise us if you feel that's necessary. We'll'email you an electronic copy of the final COC once ibis issued. Thanks, and I hope you have a good holiday! Bennett, Bradley; Pickle, Ken Subject: RE': Question about Mayo Steam Plant Thanks Bethany. We are trying -to have it complete by the end of the year. I am at home °and do not have the SOC with me but my recollection is that the updated construction schedule we provided to DWR gives us a little bit more time than that. The schedule timeframe you provided should work. If we can see a draft copy, please forward. Thanks. It will include a few additional para mete rs;through the cycle-of the permit, with an initial larger sampling suite for dust the (1) first sampling period and (2) the sampling period in 2017 pHdr`to renewal application., We expect this to be a low risk site, and our goal is for'these results to help preserve the option of continued, overage under NCG12 at renewal. I'm working with both DWR and DEMLR.staffat the Raleigh Regional Office before finalizing the.000, and we need to get final concurrence from DEMLR staff at the RRO. Dave Parnell' was out on vacation at the end of November,, but I will be checking in with him and his Supervisor this week. I plan to have a COC for'internal concurrence by'the end of the week and anticipate being-able,to issue it before the Christmas holidays, as long as DWR and DEMLR staff are in,agreement. What is,the expected operation date of the Monofill, and does it reflect a certain date in the SOC?
