Doug, We did not have room in the table for stream impact S7, so it is in the comments section (3i.). I think this is the one you are missing. The 316 linear feet of DWR permanent impacts includes S1 (95'), S3 (30'), S4 (86'), S6 (15'), and S7 (90'). Let me know if this addresses what you need. Thanks!! I think one of the stream crossings was left out. Is it possible to update that table to reflect the amount of impacts?
