It was good to talk with you this morning and thank you for taking the time to discuss A Place at the
Beach III WWTP regarding the Notice of Violations for this facility.
As we discussed we have been retained by A Place at the Beach III HOA, Inc to perform a
Wastewater Treatment Plant Evaluation and Recommendations where we will describe and analyze
each alternative for practicability and identify which are not to meet permit compliance. Practicable
is defined here as meaning the alternative is available, is able to achieve the overall project purpose,
and is feasible considering cost, existing technology, and/or logistics in the light of the overall project
purpose. We shall also prepare summary of the alternative analysis as found and described. This
summary shall include proposed project schedule and opinions of probable costs. We are looking to
complete this evaluation and report in the month of July and will keep you abreast of what the
findings and recommendations are.
