Attached is the ESC approval letter obtain by Wood on the permitting set of drawings. Our 90% drawings follow the some
ESC layout as the permitting drawings, which maybe be beneficial to note to DEQ if requested.

The easiest way to mark the changes on plans is to put them in a "cloud bubble" on each sheet of the hard copy that you
will be sending us.
