I reviewed the minutes of the past meetings and just need confirmation for the most part. It looks like a lot, but should
go quickly (if you can remember). So if you have copies that were handed out at the meeting yesterday, I just followed
the same format and you should be able to read the comments that I am referencing. So here it goes: Reply just
noting the items not done if that is the case. And just say everything else was done for the remainder.
March 14, 2012; 4B for section "small portion of 3A and a 313, 10:30 am:
Sheet 68 (W174): The change been done on the plan?
Sheet 70/71 (S162, W176, W177): Was this site reviewed? As stated in the comment?
Sheet 72 (S169a, S169c, W199, W201): Was the buffer extended to 100 ft?
It states a "small portion" of 3A. Was the remainder covered?
March 28, 2012; Field review, 10:30 am:
Additional wetland (sheet 54 of 56): These changes reflected?
Site 302 (sheet 18 of 56): Baffles added?
Austin Chaney Rd: This covered at the 413?
Again "part of 3A" is stated. Is this the remainder not cover on March 14tH.
April 11, 2012; 4B for section 2C, 12:30 pm:
Sheet 38 (S76): Polly "sign off' on the use of baffle criteria stated by Ms. Cook?
Sheet 49 (S80c): This looked at in the field? (baffles). Decision made?
Sheet 48: Is the pond to be drained? Stability of sediment deposition to be consider if it is to be drained.
Sheet 48 (P44): Again ponds be drained. Concern with pond sediment being stabilized.
Sheet 48 (W101, W102, S92b): Was this looked at in the field as stated in comments?
Sheet 50 (PX75, S, 102b): Was this clarified at field visit?
Sheet 52 (s103b, W107): Was the 18" RCP made a CAAP? (last sentence)

Site 257 (sheet 62): was this done?
Site 254 (sheet 58 -59): was this done?
Site 253 (sheet 57): was this done?
Site 212 (sheet 49): Is the pond stable or will be stabilized?
Site 210, 211 (sheet 48): was this done one (last sentence)
Sheet 43: Was this done? (last sentence)
IF ALL this was done, no need to go backward.
