Hi Carl,
Would it be possible to get a copy of your latest sampling results? We are reviewing the pond closure guidance now and
the first step is to sample the wastewater. We think that between the sampling that you have done and the sampling
that we have done, we will have sufficient data to determine if sludge removal will be required. But we need to see all
of the data first. If you could share that information with us we would also want to know the location of all the
sampling points.
