In response to your letter of August 3, 2007, Powell Industries has taken the following
corrective action as of August 9, 2007.
1. Discharge of all water to Richland Creek has ceased.
2. Wet deck water is directed to the recycle pond.
3. A freeboard marker for the recycle pond is being made.
4. Water samples are being taken to determine the disposition of the waste water.
We will advise you of any further actions.
