Groundwater Remediation System

On May 16, 2022, staff of the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) performed a Compliance
Evaluation Inspection of the of the remediation system at the subject site to determine
compliance with remediation activities as per permit NCG510547.
Overall, the facility was found to be compliant with the permit.
A copy of an ownership change form is attached, which should be self-explanatory, it can also
be found online at: https://deq.nc.gov/about/divisions/water-resources/water-quality-
permitting/npdes-wastewater/permitting-process , and, when appropriate, the request to
rescind this permit must be made in writing to the NPDES permitting group in Raleigh.
