Inspection Summary:
This is an Annual Report (AR) review. A site visit was not conducted as a part of this review.
According to the AR, ten (10) acres received residual biosolids from the Town of Cleveland's WWTP under permit
WQ0011431.
The AR indicates that 10.17 total dry tons of residuals were applied during 2021. The biosolids application occurred over
three LA events. It does not appear that any residuals were sent to a landfill for disposal.
The Annual Pathogen and Vector Attraction Reduction (APAVAR) form indicates that Alt 6 (Alk Stabilization) was
implemented for PVAR. Lime Stabilization records are also provided in the AR to show time over temperature for pathogen
reduction.
The Soil analysis indicated the need for a lime amendment to be added to the 10 acre field. However, there is nothing in the
AR that indicates a lime amendment was applied to the field.

Comment: Geometric Mean (MPN) is used to determine fecal density. The seven samples collected
comprise a composite sampling event and indicate the sampling is representative. The MPN
for the fecal coliform is within the limits of the permit.
