John and Dave,
VVe had to make a couple minor field adjustments on this project. VVe need 38'of temporary impacts to the UT. That's
an additional 2(Yof temporary impacts. The additional impacts are associated with the temporary driveway relocation
and a water line relocation. In addition, the plan was to pipe the UT into thevvingvva||. We are now going to outlet the
pipe on the f|oodp|ainbench. Plan revisions are attached. Let me know if you need anything else.

I. CULVERT CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE PERFORMED
IN ONLY DRY OR ISOLATION SECTIONS OF CHANNEL.
2. IMPERVIOUS DIKES ARE TO BE USED TO ISOLATE
WORK FROM STREAM FLOW AS NECESSARY.
3. ALL GRADED AREAS SHALL BE STABILIZED
WITHIN 24 HOURS.
4. MAINTENANCE OF STREAM FLOW OPERATIONS SHALL
BE INCIDENTAL TO THE WORK. THIS INCLUDES
POLYETHYLENE SHEETING, DIVERSION PIPES, AND
HOSES.
5. PUMPS AND HOSES SHALL BE SUFFICIENT TO
DEWATER THE WORK AREA.
