Br 69 on Craver Road in Davidson is a bridge to culvert project that is about to start
construction. We received a NW14 (Action id 201400331) and GC3886 with written
concurrence (2014-0159) for the project. The application was dated February 14, 2014.
The PCN was for 112' of permanent impacts to Reedy Creek, and 75' of temporary impacts to
Reedy Creek This is incorrect.
The total impacts are 112' of permanent and 75' of temporary. Of the 112' of permanent, 90' are
to Reedy Creek and 22' are to a UT to Reedy Creek Of the 75' of temporary, 57' are to Reedy

Creek and 18' are to the UT to Reedy Creek.
This information was correctly presented in the stormwater management plan and on the plans,
but not on the impact table in the PCN.
Please let me know if you need a modification submittal, or if this email will suffice. My
apologies for the mistake. Construction is about to begin, so please let me know as soon as
possible if you need something more. Thanks.
