You have our approval for the additional temporary impacts and re -alignment of the pipe as referenced below and per
the revised drawings. We will handle this as a field modification and adjust temporary impact accounts for this project
in our database and archive these correspondences and revised drawings in the file for future reference.
To be clear and for the record, the DWR 401 Certification reference number for the Carver Road Bridge 69 is
20140159_v2. The permit reference number you referenced below is for a Bridge 23 replacement with a triple -barrel
culvert inDavieCounty over Peoples Creek.
