Short Extension project by paying into the RES 2022 Phase II Umbrella Mitigation Bank (Thunder Swamp Phase II Site).
This Bank has received full payment for buffer mitigation for the above referenced project. Riparian buffer impacts occurred
in the Neuse River Basin. The amount of buffer mitigation required is specified and verified by DWR in project #20220223
and is 36,252.00 (ft2). Thunder Swamp Phase II Buffer is providing 13,484.753 (ft2) and Thunder Swamp Preservation is
providing 4,311.947 (ft2) for a total of 17,796.70 (ft2), the remaining credits will be purchased elsewhere.
You must also comply with any other state, federal or local government permits, or authorization associated with this activity
including SL 2009-337, An Act to Promote Compensatory Mitigation Banks. This payment into the Bank is not transferable.
