You may consider this transmission as official notification that Project B-5214, Pitt 37,
qualifies for the NW 3 permit. You may proceed with your proposed project as submitted.
Should any deviations from the submitted plans be necessary, the Corps needs to be notified,
changes reviewed and approved before proceeding with any construction in jurisdictional
wetlands and waters of the US. A Corps tracking number for your project will be forwarded to
you as soon as it has been obtained.
