Enclosed is an application for a Section 401 General Certification No. 3890 for impacts associated with driveway construction to access the cell tower.. Based on a discussion with James Lastinger of the US Army Corps of Engineers, a Nationwide Permit 18 will be applicable to this project. Impacts to waters of the U.S. total 80 linear feet of permanent stream impacts. There are no wetland impacts associated with this project. The preceding information, along with the enclosed Project Information Sheet, Pre - Construction Notification, Vicinity map, USGS map, NRCS map, Impact Location map, and engineering plans are being submitted for your review of this project.
