Little to no potential habitat was present at the two bridge replacements, and no Helianthus schweinitzii plants were observed. At U-6018, we observed limited areas of marginal habitat (periodically-maintained roadside/powerline herbaceous areas) containing common grasses, Rubus sp., Toxicodendron radicans, Bidens aristosa, and Solidago spp., but no H. schweinitzii were observed. Based on the absence of H. schweinitzii, we recommend the prior No Effect finding be carried forward and used for permitting on all three projects.
