2022, we are forwarding herewith a corrected Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0041666 issued July 16,
2020 and most recently certified March 10, 2022.
The correction to the subject permit is as follows:
1. The inclusion of Footnote 96 from the original permit issued July 16, 2020 to be included as
Footnote 97 in this corrected Attachment A.
Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0041666 certified March 10, 2022 with the
enclosed corrected Attachment A.
