STEVENS — WRF SUPERINTENDENT CITY OF KINSTON POST OFFICE Box 339 KINSTON, NORTH CAROLINA 28502 Subject: Permit No. WQ0003919 City of Kinston Class B Residuals Program Attachment B Certification Lenoir County Dear Mr. Stevens: In accordance with your permit major modification request received March 10, 2022, we are forwarding herewith a modified Attachment B certified May 24, 2022, to the City of Kinston for the subject residuals management program. Modifications to the subject Attachment are as follows: Addition of new land application areas NC- LN-09-01 through 14 and NC-LN-12-01 in Lenoir County, totaling 336.35 acres. The modified Attachment B shall be effective from the date of certification until July 31, 2025 (i.e., expiration date of the current permit), shall void Attachment B of Permit No. WQ0003919 issued February 6, 2020, and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, as well as those specified in the above -referenced permit. Please replace Attachment B of Permit No. WQ0003919 that was issued February 6, 2020 with the modified Attachment B. Please note that the Permittee shall submit a renewal application no later than February 1, 2025. Please note that only the maps for new land application sites are attached to this letter. It is the Permittee's responsibility to ensure that a complete permit is created by inserting these documents into the previously issued permit. If any parts, requirements or limitations contained in this certification are unacceptable, the Permittee has the right to request an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within 30 days following receipt of this permit. This request shall be in the form of a written petition, conforming to Chapter 150B of the North Carolina General Statutes, and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings at 6714 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-6714. Otherwise, this certification shall be final and binding.
