Dear Mr. Boss,
The following additional information is provided to address violation NOV-2022-DV-0011,
Incident No. 202101329. On May 18, 2021, a citizen reported a sewer overflow at the intersection of
Walnut Creek Drive and Walnut Creek Apartments. Upon investigating, it was discovered that in a
manhole was a windshield wiper that had turned cross ways in the invert. Wiper was removed and line
cleaned with jetter. Normal flow resumed.A vented manhole lid in front of an auto parts store has been
replaced with a non-vented manhole lid to prevent this from happening in the future.
