Sue Homewood has one item needing clarification with regards to approval of the 401 Permit for the Hwy 66 project.
If the City is agreeable, we need to provide her with some correspondence (email) indicating that the City will limit the
maintenance corridor in the buffer area at the creek crossing on Dilworth Road to ten feet (10'). If we can provide that,
she is ready to approve and release the permit.
